The truth is that nothing prevents you from using your resistance bands every day. You can even use them more than once a day. But, to determine if you need to use them daily, you need to ask yourself some critical questions.
Hold a shoulder-height section of the resistance band with both hands in front of you at shoulder height. You should also increase the size of the resistance band for certain exercises where it makes sense and possible. Everything you do with a resistance band is a little harder and therefore you work a little harder to get the results you want.
